Mining Machine Repair

Since working with the OEM in making wheel units for the Hydracar Shuttle Car, and supplying key gearing items for the joy 155c & 225c Shuttle Cars, wheel unites have been continuously refurbished in our assembly shop.

Major castings from scrapped units are crack tested and kept in stock for MIG welding & re-machining as required to bring back to new condition. Gearing and other driveline items are manufactured in-house or supplied by approvedsub-contractors. All units are tested on purpose built test rigs to ensure they can be placed on our customers shuttle cars ready to go into service.

As well ass repairing wheel units, we also specialize in overhauling the associated wet brake & speed reducers. Wheel units and wet brakes are held in stock for supply on a changeover basis.
